NEADY Cat Bea
Bea crossed the rainbow bridge in January 2021 after a short illness. She arrived at the shelter with her two brothers, Wally and Thaddeus, in 2007. Bea had heart problems and her front legs were deformed. She had a stroke when she was 10 weeks old that left her head tilted to the side. Although Bea lived in foster care her entire life, we kept this strong willed lady busy. She shared the duties of shelter mascot and co-editor of the NEADY Cats newsletter with her brother Wally for 11 years, and with her brother Thaddeus for 1 year. Bea was cute and sweet, but if you over stimulated her, she had a bit of a temper. In her own way, Bea was wonderful. It filled me with sadness to say “Goodbye.” Marilyn
