Smitty

Life presents us with challenges daily. We lose friends, family or health, and yet we find strength in the most curious ways. When the road becomes cluttered with things we’ve lost, our strength, love and laughter becomes quite clear when we gaze into the loving eyes of our pets.

Smitty AKA Angel arrived as an 11 week old kitten, I answered a newspaper ad for a NEADY Cat in 1999. His name says it all, I was smitten. Smitty’s silly habits lightened my way down some very dark roads. Smitty awarded us with unconditional love, moments in time that kept us from going off course.

Smitty…my gorgeous, orange, tuxedo cat, who carried his toys around, loved his treats, gave me reason and purpose when life seemed to present itself with more than one obstacle.

Smitty, my sweet, handsome guy, we’ll remember the love we shared as we think of you and all ways you’ve touched our hearts.
